Bhutani Group to develop Co-working Space with Kocreat

Kocreat, a co-working and managed office space company to open its centre in Bhutani Alphathum, Noida. The company has join hands with Bhutani Group to  develop 52,000 square feet of space in Alphathum to offer 800 seats. Kocreat is a 50:50 JV between Investors Clinic India’s leading real-estate company and Kocreat- a co-working space company. 

The on-going Covid pandemic has changed the way our living making people extra conscious about hygiene measures. People will lead the new normal life with extra precautions till vaccination or medication is developed. Hence the co-working space offered by Kocreat has also been designed keeping Covid safety standards in mind. Along with this, the office spaces are sustainable and supported by green design. With state of the art facility, the office spaces will be 100% automated with touchless office features.  

On the occasion,Honeyy Katiyal,founder IC, said, “Investors Clinic and Kocreat are happy to launch a co-working project with an established group like Bhutani. Co-working is the next big thing in the real estate industry and there will be growing demand in the space with the boom of start-up and entrepreneurship in India. With the requirement of traditional offices going down, we expect co-working to boom even further in the present scenario. We expect this centre to be operation by September 2020.”
